We’re looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Officer working in our assets team.
This role is being offered as a fixed Term Contract (12months), working 37 hrs per week Monday-Friday
Due to the nature of the role, a company vehicle will be provided.
Role and Responsibilities
The Customer Success Officer is responsible for delivering high‑quality housing and asset management services to a designated portfolio of institutional investor–owned homes. The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service to both third‑party partners and their customers by meeting performance targets and contractual requirements within agreed timescales. Key duties include interviewing and shortlisting prospective customers, supporting tenants through the moving process, managing rent collection and arrears, and offering advice and guidance as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, updating systems to a high standard, and working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Our Ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication and effective listening skills
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Ability to deliver complex or difficult messages in a positive, empathetic way
Experience in complaint handling and resolving complex issues
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and customer systems
Experience in tenancy management aligned with relevant legislation
Confidence and experience in escalating safeguarding concerns
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) with Grade C or above in English and Maths
Full, valid UK driving licence
