Role and responsibilities
As a Senior Lettings Officer, you’ll lead and develop our desk‑based lettings team to deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service that meets performance expectations. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Housing to deliver our Housing Strategy and our vision, Housing Made Simple, ensuring operational decisions align with wider organisational goals. Your role includes hands‑on operational support — preparing tenancy agreements, attending viewings, and completing key‑handover appointments — to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
