We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Workplace Coordinator. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a 6 Month Secondment opportunity, for internal applicants and a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, for external applicants. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
This role requires flexibility in being present at all our office locations. We are happy to look at a minimum of 4 days per week or full time, with the emphasis that this role requires travel and to be present in our various offices. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Workplace Coordinator, you will support the Workplace and Project Manager in the delivery of a high-quality facilities service and workplace experience across the Group. A key part of your role is developing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting them with problem solving and enhancing the workplace experience in person across our estate, covering Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex.
You’ll coordinate business support services to the Group and collaborate with the wider Facilities and Workplaces team. This includes effective coordination of key workplace systems and contracts, such as security access and hybrid mailing, to ensure high levels of service are maintained and that we are spending money wisely. You will help to maintain brand identity and values in our workplaces, including, internally hosted events, and sharing staff wide communications in relation to our workplaces when required.

A confident communicator, enabling you to communicate with a range of stakeholders. You’ll be organised with a strong background in administration, with strong attention to detail and be able to work under your own initiative.
Being proficient in working efficiently under tight deadlines and in fast-paced environments. You’ll have an understanding of the Facilities function in the workplace and ideally have previous experience in a similar role. A proactive individual, constantly looking for ways to improve ways of working. You’ll be experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite as well as diary organisation, adaptable and have a flexible approach. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent you will also hold a full UK Driving License.
