Annual Leave
Annual leave entitlement starts at 22 days plus all bank holidays. Your entitlement will increase with length of service as follows:
2 Years - 23 days plus all bank holidays
5 Years - 25 days plus all bank holidays
10 years - 26 days plus all bank holidays
15 years - 28 days plus all bank holidays
30 years - 30 days plus all bank holidaysHoliday year is in line with your birth month.

Buy & Sell Holiday
You are able to buy, up to one week based on your average weekly working hours, or you can sell up to 2 days, to provide you with additional flexibility. Buy and sell requests must be submitted at the start of your holiday year.

Public Service Activities
We provide fully paid time off for certain public service activities, for example, Jury Service.
We also have paid time off linked to our Armed Forces Covenant, including Supporting Reservists, Active Serving Spouses, Volunteer Leaders in Cadet Organisations, and Emergency Service Volunteers (on-call Firefighters, Special constables, and Emergency Ambulance Crew Members)

Pensions
All eligible employees (based on age and minimum salary criteria) will be auto-enrolled onto the Aegon Retirement Solution (ARC) Pension Scheme. Contribution Rates will be set at 5% Employee and 3% Employer contributions, which may be processed via Salary Exchange.
Death in Service
A Death in Service Payment is offered at 3 x Annual Salary for the duration of employment, for employees aged between 16 and 64 years of age, to nominated beneficiaries. -
Company Sick Pay
We recognise the importance of supporting our staff in times of ill health and offer enhanced Company Sick Pay once you have completed 6 months service, for absences over 5 days in duration.
6 months - 5 days full pay
1 year - 10 days full pay
3 years - 20 days full pay
5 years - 30 days full pay -
