As a Compliance Transformation Lead here at Bromford Flagship Livewest, you’ll play a critical role in transforming compliance systems, processes and data to ensure a safe, transparent and customer-focused service across all homes and assets.
You’ll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of compliance technology solutions (including Compliance 365), ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and provide accurate, accessible insights.

Location: Any Flagship Office - Norwich, Dereham, Melton, Bury St Edmunds
Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw with Agile working
Contract - Fixed Term - 6 months
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading end-to-end compliance transformation programmes from concept through to delivery
Delivering and enhancing compliance systems (e.g. Compliance 365) to ensure they are fit for purpose
Designing and implementing improved processes, data structures, and governance frameworks
Managing system enhancements, data migration, testing, and training
Driving business readiness and adoption of new systems and ways of working
Collaborating across teams including Compliance, IT, Housing, Asset Management, and external partners
Using data and insight to improve performance, efficiency and customer outcomes
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading complex transformation, change or systems programmes
Strong knowledge of compliance, asset management, or property systems within a regulated environment
Experience delivering technology solutions end-to-end (requirements through to implementation)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
Experience managing projects, risks, and competing priorities
Ability to lead workshops and support organisations through change
Desirable
Project management, business analysis, or change management qualification
Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar
What You’ll Bring
Advanced understanding of compliance regulation and best practice
Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation approaches
A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and service excellence
Leadership skills to drive change and inspire high-performing teams
