Conducting visual property inspections and internal/external condition surveys
Undertaking minor treatment and maintenance tasks in line with training and company procedures
Recording inspection results, repair actions and safety observations clearly on core systems
Raising work orders for major repairs, compliance issues or safety concerns and liaising with repairs coordinators
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and following up to confirm customer satisfaction
Adhering to health, safety and safeguarding policies, including completing risk assessments and using personal protective equipment
Working collaboratively with colleagues across repairs, compliance and neighbourhood teams to deliver joined‑up services
Maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment in a serviceable and safe condition

Customer‑focussed approach with the ability to engage sensitively and respectfully with a diverse range of customers
