We’re looking for a Commercial Coordinator (Voids/Empty Homes) to join our Voids team — someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people and takes pride in keeping services running efficiently. If you're proactive, detail‑driven and love turning information into meaningful action, this could be your perfect next step.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the delivery of our empty homes service. You’ll keep our operations running smoothly by managing the day‑to‑day administration of void properties and working closely with colleagues, subcontractors and partner organisations.
Your work will involve:
Supporting the operational and administrative processes for void properties
Assisting with project management tasks to keep the service moving efficiently
Maintaining strong working relationships across teams and with external partners
Chairing and attending meetings to ensure everyone stays aligned and informed
Keeping core systems updated so our data is accurate, reliable and valuable
Producing clear reports, analysing information and helping to shape strategic decisions
Using a range of software tools confidently to complete administrative and data‑focused tasks
What We're Looking For
You’ll bring:
Confidence using databases and Microsoft Office tools
Experience managing data, projects and a varied workload
Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to adapt your communication style to suit different people and situations
An understanding of empty homes or similar operational processes
A good working knowledge of data handling and how insights support better service delivery
