We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Labourer to join our Gasway team, supporting the delivery of planned Solar PV installations on residential properties. This is a hands-on role requiring a range of multi-skilled tasks to ensure high-quality and safe installations.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems including panels and mounting systems.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adhere to risk assessments.
• Operate site plant and equipment safely, following Health & Safety regulations.
• Keep work sites tidy and manage waste in line with legal and environmental standards.
• Take personal responsibility for Health, Safety, and Welfare.
• Comply with IT Security and Data Protection legislation.
• Support equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organisation.
• Perform additional duties as required, with training and supervision provided.

Key Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Desirable)
• Ability to use company equipment to record work notes and order supplies (Essential)

Qualifications

• CAT B Asbestos Removal (Training provided if not held – Desirable)
• Working at Height Qualification (Training provided if not held – Essential)
• Full UK Driving License (Essential)

• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Able to interpret plans and detailed drawings
• Confident decision-maker and problem solver
• Good numeracy skills
• Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices
• Basic IT proficiency
