Annual Leave
Annual leave entitlement starts at 25 days plus all bank holidays. From 3 years' service your entitlement will rise by one day per full calendar year worked, to 28 days plus all bank holidays after 5 years service.
Holiday Years will run in accordance with your birth month (starting in the month of birth for the remainder of the year)

Buy & Sell Holiday
You are able to buy, or sell up to one week (providing this does not take you under your statutory entitlement for the year if selling) based on your average weekly working hours, to provide you with additional flexibility.

Public Service Activities
We provide fully paid time off for certain public service activities, for example, Jury Service.
We also have paid time off linked to our Armed Forces Covenant, including Supporting Reservists, Active Serving Spouses, Volunteer Leaders in Cadet Organisations, and Emergency Service Volunteers (on-call Firefighters, Special constables, and Emergency Ambulance Crew Members)

Pensions
All eligible employees (based on age and minimum salary criteria) will be auto-enrolled onto the Aegon Retirement Solution (ARC) Pension Scheme. Contribution Rates will be set at 5% Employee and 5% Employer contributions, which may be processed via Salary Exchange.
Death in Service
A Death in Service Payment is offered at 3 x Annual Salary for the duration of employment, for employees aged between 16 and 64 years of age, to nominated beneficiaries. -
Company Sick Pay
We recognise the importance of supporting our staff in times of ill health and offer enhanced Company Sick Pay.
Sick pay starts at 1 month full pay from day one of employment.
This increases periodically throughout your length of service (2 months full pay, 2 months half pay after 1 year) until a maximum of 6 months full pay, six months half pay from 5 years service. -

Eye Care Vouchers are offered for Specsavers nationwide, and can include contributions towards glasses and lenses if you meet certain criteria.

Company Vehicle & Tools
You will be provided with access to a company corporate vehicle (such as a van) and power tools (but not hand tools), as well as Uniform and PPE to support you in your role.
The vehicle and tools are only able to be used for work purposes, and as such does not incur any taxable benefit. All maintenance and fuel costs are covered by the business.
