We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as an IT Data Improvement Administrator. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a 4 Month Secondment opportunity, for internal applicants and a 4 Month Fixed Term Contract, for external applicants.
This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
As an IT Data Improvement Administrator, you will work with the IT Data Improvement Manager to demonstrably improve data quality across the Group. You will ensure high quality data is collected and recorded in accordance with business requirements, and to support the delivery of the Big Data Programme.
Your focus is to get in touch with Flagship tenants to obtain missing contact information and to accurately input detailed records into the Housing Management System database to ensure high quality and accurate information is being stored so that we can continue to deliver outstanding customer service.
Applications are welcomed for the role of IT Data Improvement Administrator from those with excellent customer interaction skills (both verbally and written), with the ability to use work on my own initiative and to flag any issues if required.
Attention to detail will be key to the role and you will have clear, measurable targets in terms of error reduction. You’ll need to be a competent user of Microsoft office packages. You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, or hold comparable experience.
