We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Leasehold Assistant. This job is working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is a 6 Month Secondment opportunity, for internal applicants and a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract, for external applicants.
This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
As a Leasehold Assistant, you will support the legal team with handling leasehold enquiries, acting as the first line telephone and email support as well as recording data and development measures through maintenance of the Legal SharePoint and case management system.
Working closely with the wider Legal team to provide ongoing administrative support, including updating and maintaining internal systems/databases and teams. You will work collaboratively across departments to coordinate responses to leaseholder enquiries from internal and external customers and third parties, always considering and contributing to process improvement to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding customer service through providing prompt and legally compliant responses.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Leasehold Assistant from those with previous experience of administration and working in a customer focused environment. You must be able to communicate clearly, using a range of styles, tools and techniques enabling you to influence and persuade with compelling arguments.
Possessing demonstratable problem-solving skills, you’ll utilise information about customers’ needs as a basis for my decision making. With the ability to work both as part of a team and across teams and you’re able to manage and prioritise your own workload, constantly seeking to do things better.
Educated to A Level standard, or equivalent, and you must also be confident in MS Office.
