Join Flagship Group as a Planner and play a crucial role in delivering prompt and efficient repairs services to our tenants, ensuring outstanding customer service and contributing to our mission of solving the housing crisis.

📅 This is a 6-month Fixed-Term Contract (or secondment for internal applicants).

As a Planner at Flagship Group, you will be instrumental in ensuring a responsive and effective repairs service. You’ll promptly assign repair requests—including damp and mould cases—to operatives, schedule complex repairs requiring multiple trades, and liaise with staff across the Group. Your role will also include handling written work, call handling, clerical, and administrative tasks, including booking and resolving tenant complaints. By maintaining accurate records and supporting data quality, you’ll help improve the quality and speed of home maintenance and improvements, all while delivering outstanding customer service and embracing Flagship’s values.

What we’re looking for:

You are highly organized, self-motivated, and diligent in your approach to accuracy. You take accountability, are confident in questioning and challenging processes, and are forward-thinking. Your excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with customers or the public over the phone are essential. You’re a good listener and team player, competent with computers and standard software, and educated to GCSE level or equivalent. You embrace and apply Flagship’s values, continuously striving to improve performance and service quality.
