We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as an Energy and Renewables Officer. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This role is working from our King Street office, in Norwich. The role comes with Agile.
As an Energy and Renewables Officer, you will support the Energy & Sustainability Team with achieving Net Zero by 2050.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating energy efficiency works, including various heating upgrades across Flagship stock. This includes supporting the management of programmes, authorising works and ensuring external and internal stakeholders are updated on progress. Using your varied knowledge you’ll train, support and integrate new starters.
Your work contributes to improving the SAP rating of Flagship properties and achieving the teams’ goals.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Energy and Renewables Officer from those with previous experience of working within an administrative role, previous housing sector experience would be advantageous.
You’ll strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Computer literate with good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. You’ll work well in a team environment, contributing to the success of the team and wider organisation.
You’ll be proactive and happy to take ownership of issues even outside of your comfort zone. With the ability to problem solve unique and challenging issues. You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
