Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource management.
• Be the first point of contact for both customers and onsite teams, delivering a professional and empathetic service.
• Monitor progress of installations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise disruption to customers.
• Accurately record and maintain project data and correspondence, adhering to GDPR and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
• Escalate any concerns or delays appropriately, working towards rapid and effective solutions.

Minimum Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in a coordination, scheduling, or customer service related role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional interactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and remain calm under pressure.

Qualification / Education Requirements

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
