Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource management.
- Be the first point of contact for both customers and onsite teams, delivering a professional and empathetic service.
- Monitor progress of installations, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise disruption to customers.
- Accurately record and maintain project data and correspondence, adhering to GDPR and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure all installations are completed to a high standard.
- Escalate any concerns or delays appropriately, working towards rapid and effective solutions.
Minimum Essential Criteria:
- Demonstrable experience in a coordination, scheduling, or customer service related role.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and professional interactions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and remain calm under pressure.
Qualification / Education Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent as a minimum.
