We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Technical Coordinator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with Agile Working.
The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Technical Coordinator, you will support the Pre-Construction Team to secure development opportunities to deliver the Group's business plan.
Working alongside others in the Pre-Construction Team to identify risks and opportunities on our potential new developments. You’ll work across multiple disciplines including conducting comprehensive technical evaluations, carrying out thorough due diligence and identifying any commercial development risks or constraints.
Where necessary you’ll liaise between multiple internal and external parties to co-ordinate actions and use your understanding of the wider picture to help the team make informed decisions.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Technical Coordinator from those who are problem solvers, who can work independently to identify both technical difficulties and technical opportunities using their knowledge and expertise.
You must be able to prioritise and plan activities considering program needs and the needs of others and yourself to meet deadlines. Skilled at conveying what can sometimes be complex or technical issues to non-experts in that discipline.
You’ll need a sound knowledge of site conditions, including site investigations, drainage, highways, utilities and groundworks. Educated to A-level standard or equivalent, you’ll also need to full valid driving license.
