This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join us for a 12-month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting decision-making, maximising value for money, and helping Flagship Homes deliver for our communities.

Minimum Essential Criteria – Skills and Aptitudes Required for Finance Business Partner Jobs

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration across teams and with non-financial colleagues.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a proven ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

Qualification and Education Requirements for Finance Business Partner Roles

• Minimum Qualified at AAT level 3 or above (or equivalent). 
• Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.

Relevant Experience for Finance Business Partner Fixed Term Contract Positions

• Experience in a finance business partnering role or similar, supporting business leaders with financial insight and advice.
• Track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting within a complex organisational environment.
• Experience contributing to strategic planning, budgeting, and the delivery of business objectives.
• Demonstrable record of influencing cost-saving initiatives and supporting performance improvement.
• Experience working within the housing sector or a not-for-profit environment is desirable but not essential.
