We are pleased to share two opportunities for someone to us as a Retrofit Project Manager. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role comes with Agile Working.
The successful candidate can be based in any Flagship Housing office, whichever is closest to their home address. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge, East Dereham & Bury St. Edmunds.
As a Retrofit Project Manager, you will coordinate and oversee whole house retrofit works to improve the energy efficiency of the homes we manage. You’ll manage, respond and action on various data sets, to tackle fuel poverty, condensation, damp and mould and prevention of disrepair claims.
Supporting and delivering on the net zero strategy, fuel poverty and decarbonisation of our homes. Completing site visits to ensure compliance with relevant standards. You’ll provide technical advice and support successful and compliant retrofit projects. Whilst liaising with contractors and oversee retrofit works and compliance to relevant standards.
You’ll support our customers following the installation of retrofit measures and with energy advice and fuel bill savings.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Retrofit Project Manager from those with good knowledge of relevant H&S legislation. With the ability to use data to coordinate energy efficiency programmes and interpret data to provide information to varying audiences proficient in excel and other Microsoft applications.
A confident communicator, able to adapt your communication style to various stakeholders. You’ll need to have strong organisation skills and be able to work on multiple projects at any one time. With experience of energy efficiency and retrofitting domestic homes with a with excellent understanding of PAS2035, PAS2030, SAP and rdSAP.
A qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA). Qualified PAS 2035 retrofit assessor. Qualified PAS2035 retrofit coordinator. You’ll also need a to hold a full valid Driving License.
