We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Community Management Coordinator. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
This role is working from our East Dereham office, and would suit applicants living in and around East Dereham and or Norwich. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
As a Community Management Coordinator, you will to support and assist the Community Management team with administration and case management work, ensuring the service delivery is in line with policy and procedure.
Often you’ll be the first point of contact for our service users, managing and triaging new reports of ASB, Domestic Abuse, Fraud, Hoarding and any other tenancy breaches. You’ll deal with these concerns quickly and efficiently, providing a victim focused service to those experiencing those issues. Whilst ensuring safeguarding is considered throughout all aspects of my work, following the process, reporting any concerns and recording these cases on our systems.
You’ll support the management team to understand the demand of the service, will complete project work across the department and use data to identify any trends or areas of improvement.

You must be able to prioritise and manage your own workload, listen and respond with empathy, as well as being able to manage conflicting priorities.
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, the ideal candidate will have a BTEC Level 3 in Community Safety or be willing to work towards it.
