We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Tenant Voice Officer. This is a permanent job, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible Working will be considered. The role comes with Agile Working.
This role is working from our Riduna Park office, in Melton, near Woodbridge. It would suite candidates living in and around the area, particularly including those located in Melton, Woodbridge or Ipswich.
As a Tenant Voice Officer, you will drive forward the tenant voice framework by engaging with our tenants and listening to as many views as possible, so that we can deliver outstanding customer service and improve the areas in which our tenants live.
Working alongside various teams across the business, you’ll ensure the tenant experience is easy, empathetic and low effort, whilst focusing on building trust and understanding our tenants’ needs. Also organising and attending community initiatives and engagement activities to gain better insight into our tenants.
You’ll own, manage and resolve tenant complaints aiming for fairness, swift resolution and learning whilst accurately recording information across our systems. Additionally responsible for acknowledging and distributing MP and Housing Ombudsman enquiries in a timely manner.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Tenant Voice Officer from those with previous experience working in a customer facing role, handling complaints, and building relationships. You’ll need passion for delivering outstanding customer service and focusing on the customer and their needs.
A highly organised individual, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You must be comfortable taking initiative and being creative with ways of engaging our customers.
You’ll also be educated to GCSE level or equivalent standard.
