Location: Various locations across Norfolk & Suffolk areas

Key Responsibilities

• To deliver high quality and cost-effective heating system maintenance, compliance testing and repair service incorporating a range of different fuel types including but not limited to commercial gas appliances to a range of different commercial and / or sheltered housing properties.
• Ensuring customer safety by completing activity in line with various rules and regulations including but not limited to gas safe (and OFTEC if qualified)

Minimum Essential Criteria

• Experience as a commercial engineer dealing with repair diagnosis and maintenance / servicing of gas heating systems
• Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
• Experience of collaborating and working as part of an effective team
• Gas related qualifications – Commercial: CODNCO1, COCATA1, CDGA1, CIGA1, CODC1, CORT1
• Valid full UK driving licence is a necessity.

• Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities, especially under high-stress situations.
• Strong technical proficiency, including the use of diverse diagnostic tools and software applications.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage positively with a variety of stakeholders and clients.
