Are you passionate about solving the housing crisis through innovative IT solutions? Flagship Housing is seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and manage cross-functional IT projects and infrastructure initiatives in line with our IT strategy. 

You will plan and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while collaborating across multiple functions, departments, and levels. Your ability to create clear plans and concise documentation will be crucial in tracking activities, identifying processes, problems, and action plans, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

As an IT Project Manager, you will establish and maintain relationships both internally across the business and with external parties when required, ensuring you are a focal point for IT project activities and change management. Working alongside other IT Project Managers and the IT Change Manager, you will ensure IT projects are carried out to the highest standard, complying with company policy and guidelines, and always aiming to relentlessly improve our performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a comprehensive understanding of project management techniques and best practices, with proven experience of project management. Experience using agile project management is essential. 

You should possess excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills, and be able to work across all levels of stakeholders to create and formally define requirements. An understanding of IT security and data protection principles is also required. 

The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) or have relevant experience and/or a certification in Project Management (e.g., PMI®, PRINCE II®, Six Sigma).
